The Programme
The Impact 4 Enterprise Programme forms part of Success Doncaster and will provide enterprise, innovation & change management leadership training to managers from within the Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council and its Strategic Partnership Organisations to enable them to be more enterprising within their own role and also help drive these skills throughout their organisation.
The programme is being run by Pera, a company who specialises in innovation & change management, and will lead to a Professional Development award from the Chartered Management Institute which will also contribute towards the Diploma in Innovation Leadership and Change Management.
